Smurfs at the Drive-In

To celebrate the end of summer, we took our kids to their very first drive-in. We went with a few families from our ward and one family from Brandon's school/residency. The kids loved seeing the movie SMURFS with many of their friends. The movie was okay, but the kids seemed to enjoy it. The kids also enjoyed eating the yummy treats. Brandon was smart and layed down cardboard and then blankets on the ground for the kids to lay on. Emmy fell asleep during the movie.

We only stayed for some of the second movie, it was too hot and it was more of a grown-up show. However, that still made it about midnight I think when we left.

Even though it was HOT (it was during August in Memphis after all), we had such a great time with our friends and family.
