Field Day

In the middle of May, Hyrum had his field day.  To start off the fun afternoon, Lucy and I joined Hyrum for a picnic.  It was so cute to see how excited he was that Lucy and I came to join him.

After the picnic was over, I took Lucy to a friends house (so she wouldn't be in the heat) and went back to watch Hyrum do his field day. 

The school had many fun various activities and relays for the kids to do. Hyrum did great and you could tell he was a having a great time.

 This picture is of Hyrum and his good friend Jake that is in a different class than him. 

I stayed for most of the activity and then headed out after I gave Hyrum a kiss and hug good-bye. It was a fun afternoon to enjoy Hyrum and what a fun, good boy that he is. We are lucky to have Hyrum in our family.
