Visiting With a Flock of Birds
Brandon's sister and her two cute girls, Natalie and Hannah, came down to visit while we were in Utah. When they came, we had a picnic and went to the Bean Museum. The kids had lots of fun. They each were given a scavenger hunt from the museum to do. Emmy, Ben and Natalie worked on their scavenger hunts together and Hyrum and Hannah worked on theirs.Ben loved watching the movies that they had about the various animals."A Crocodile"Emmy and Ben by the tiger. After we visited the museum, we went to the creamery and got a tasty treat. Ben and Emmy thought it was so yummy they were drinking the melted ice cream from their bowl.Next, we went back to my parent's house to play in the sprinklers and have Popsicles.
The kids also had a great time playing with the chalk making hopscotches. It was so cute to see them hop around. The kids also had a great time riding bikes.Hannah was so sweet and made bracelets for my kids. Hyrum hasn't taken his off since she gave them to him. He thinks they are pretty cool.Brandon and I are so lucky to have Lorri and Dwight as part of our family. We had a great time with them on our trip to Utah.
Scottie loves the Bean Museum. If your kids enjoyed that, the next time your in Utah you should check out the Hutchings Museum in Lehi. I bet they would enjoy it, too. Looks like ya'll were havin' a great time.

"If you are still in the process of raising children, be aware that the tiny fingerprints that show up on almost every newly cleaned surface, the toys scattered about the house, the piles and piles of laundry to be tackled will disappear all too soon and that you will—to your surprise—miss them profoundly." -President Thomas S Monson
Sisters, there is something inspiring and sublime about the little forget-me-not flower. I hope it will be a symbol of the little things that make your lives joyful and sweet. Please never forget that you must be patient and compassionate with yourselves, that some sacrifices are better than others, that you need not wait for a golden ticket to be happy. Please never forget that the “why” of the gospel of Jesus Christ will inspire and uplift you. And never forget that your Heavenly Father knows, loves, and cherishes you.—President Dieter F. Uchtdorf
