After the firework show was over, the kids, Sean and Tracy, my dad and some other cousins went crawdad fishing at a local reservoir. The kids love it! The boys were in pure heaven! Thank goodness we had some help with those critters that we released back to the wild after our night of fishing in the dark.
The next morning, before we headed back to Colorado, we went fishing with my mom and dad and Sean and Tracy. Once again the kids had a blast.
We didn't catch anything. I doubt any fish would come close with how much racket we made. Thank goodness my dad, Sean and Brandon had much patience as they kept rebating the hooks over and over.
Of course Lucy had to have her own pole (stick).
It was a fun way to finish off our time in Blanding.
