Halloween Cookies
Towards the end of October, the Thursday before Halloween, Ben and Emily helped me make sugar cookies. Ben and Emily loved every minute of it and were great helpers.Ben and Emmy were adorable using the cookie cutters to make their cookies. Emmy loved using the witch cookie cutter. We decided to save some dough for Hyrum to make some cookies when he came home from school. After soccer practice and dinner that night, the kids were able to decorate their cookies with frosting and sprinkles. The kids were so proud of their creative creations and greatly enjoyed eating them. That day was so much fun. It was one of those days when I am thrilled and content with my role as a mother that is able to stay at home. Ben and Emmy and I made pumpkin puppets, went to the story time and made Halloween cookies that day. It was a busy, but a very wonderful and fun Halloween day.
