Zapata Falls

One of the fun things we did with my parents, while they were visiting us, was to take them to Zapata falls. We did this hike a couple of weeks before as a family and my kids insisted on taking Papa, Grandma and Millie.  It is a easy and beautiful hike that leads into a cavern. To get into the cavern is a little tricky, you need to make sure your foot placement is just right and that you are holding tight to the rope.

  The view inside the cavern is amazing and breathtaking.  

 The boys wrote their initials in the dirt.  

  It was a beautiful day for a fun hike and a great way to end my parents visit.
